Job Summary:
We are seeking a Database/Data Design Analyst responsible for developing logical data designs and metadata to support complex database environments. This role involves database design, data validation, production support, and ongoing data quality and analysis initiatives, including 24x7 on-call DBA support.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop logical database models, metadata, and data mappings.
Create and validate metadata through unit testing and data quality checks.
Support production and non-production database environments.
Review and optimize SQL code and provide performance tuning recommendations.
Provide DBMS configuration, security, user management, and troubleshooting support.
Collaborate with business partners to support data-related initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of three (3) years of information systems experience.
