Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Overtime possible)
Pay Rate: $16.50/hour

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Document Specialist to join a fast-paced production environment. This role involves handling incoming mail, preparing documents for scanning, and ensuring high-quality document processing in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sort, open, and prepare incoming mail for processing
• Prepare documents for scanning, including organizing, separating, and removing staples
• Scan, inspect, compile, and assemble documents accurately
• Maintain quality control standards and meet productivity targets
• Operate and maintain scanning equipment (e.g., clearing jams, refilling toner)
• Ensure all work is completed within established deadlines
• Maintain an organized and clean workstation
• Accurately complete required documentation and reports
• Communicate issues or discrepancies to management promptly

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Ability to read and understand instructions in English
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads
• Prior experience in scanning, printing, or document processing is a plus

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
• Frequent bending, twisting, and repetitive motion
• Comfortable working in a moderate to high noise environment

Work Environment & Expectations:
• Fast-paced, production-based setting with performance targets
• Business casual dress code (no activewear, no offensive graphics)
• Cell phones must be stored in lockers during work hours
• 30-minute lunch break (on-site amenities available)
