We’re hiring a Data Center Operations Associate to support daily facility and equipment needs. This role handles routine hardware tasks, cable management, inventory, ticket updates, and general monitoring across the data center. You’ll follow security protocols, assist with vendor access, and make sure systems and equipment stay organized and running smoothly. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a technical environment.

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot basic data center equipment and environmental systems
• Perform rack/stack tasks, cable management, inventory checks, and routine hardware swaps
• Follow security and access protocols; escort vendors and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Log incidents, update tickets, and support the operations team with regular audits
• Assist with system checks, uptime monitoring, and basic diagnostics
• Ideal background: mechanically inclined, comfortable with technical environments, reliable with documentation and process
