Position Overview
As a Data Entry & Document Processor, you will support the movement of documents and transactions through several processing stages. You may work in one or more of the following areas depending on business needs and training:
Extraction
Document Preparation
Scanning
Data Entry
Balancing
File Assembly
Boxing / Shipping Preparation
You will play a critical role in ensuring sensitive information is accurately processed, verified, and prepared for secure delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry / Customer Service Functions
Enter and validate data quickly and accurately
Review digitized documents for accuracy and quality
Compare electronic records against supporting documentation
Meet individual and team productivity goals
Follow strict customer, banking, and compliance guidelines
Escalate non-routine issues to supervisors
Learn and support additional processing functions as needed
Processing Functions
Extraction
Receive incoming mail and transaction batches
Open, sort, and prepare documents for processing
Document Preparation
Remove staples, paper clips, envelopes, and unnecessary forms
Organize transactions and paperwork in the correct order for scanning
Scanning
Scan organized transactions into the system
Review images to ensure quality and legibility
Data Entry
Enter information from forms and transactions into a secure database
Ensure all information is entered accurately and efficiently
Balancing
Compare physical transactions to the data entered electronically
Verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies before approval
File Assembly
Assemble approved transactions for final review and processing
Route rejected transactions through the appropriate workflow
Boxing / Shipping Preparation
Prepare completed transactions for shipment
Ensure all materials are packaged and routed correctly
Work Environment
Secure, professional production environment
Strict internal audit, confidentiality, and compliance standards
Structured workflow with clearly defined procedures
Primarily seated position with repetitive computer and document-handling tasks
Ideal for individuals who enjoy quiet, focused work and attention to detail

Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of U.S. residency history
At least 3 years of stable work history
State-issued Driver’s License or ID Card
Ability to pass a background check and credit check
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working independently and within a team environment
Ability to sit for extended periods
Strong computer and data entry skills
