We’re hiring for long-term Data Entry and Document Processing roles in Elgin supporting a large financial services operation.
This role focuses on entering data, processing documents, and working with scanned paperwork in a secure, structured environment. Attention to detail and consistency are important.
Available shifts
2nd shift
• Typical hours range between 3:30 pm – 12:30 am
3rd shift
• Typical hours range between 10:30 pm – 7:00 am
Weekend shifts (4th shift)
• Saturday and Sunday, with hours similar to daytime shifts
• Some weekend schedules may include extended or split days
Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, depending on shift and business needs.
