Pay: $22–$25/hr | In-Office Role

We’re seeking a sharp, detail-oriented professional to join our team in a dual Data Entry and Customer Support role.

Key Responsibilities:

-Accurately enter orders into scheduling systems
-Research and review previous orders
-Answer 50–100 incoming calls daily with professionalism
-Support customers with orders, questions, and general inquiries
-Process and submit orders for scheduling
-Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow

Requirements:

-Strong attention to detail
-Comfortable handling a high volume of calls
-Professional communication skills
-Must work onsite; one Saturday/month remote shift (7am–1pm)
