Healthcare Claims & Data Specialist – Medical Insurance
Location: Bossier City, LA
Pay: $13/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities:
Enter patient and insurance data into EHR systems with precision
Review and verify insurance claims and documentation for accuracy
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and protect patient confidentiality
Communicate with medical staff to clarify insurance-related information
Scan, file, and organize medical and insurance documents
Assist with data tracking and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare or medical office setting
Proficiency in EHR systems and medical billing software
Typing speed of 7,000+ keystrokes per hour with high accuracy
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes
Advanced Microsoft Excel and data entry skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Dependable and able to work independently
