Job Title: Data Entry Specialist – Receivable Operations
Location: Tempe (ON SITE)
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our Receivable Operations team. This role is located in a secure lockbox environment and involves working in a production-line setting. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently under strict security guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare work for digitization by extracting payments and documents from envelopes.
- Input and validate data into the system, adhering to standard operating procedures and customer-specific processing instructions.
- Operate high-volume document scanning machines, ensuring the quality of scanned images.
- Validate and reconcile electronic reports against paper documentation.
- Exercise sound judgment on routine duties and escalate non-routine issues to a manager.
- Learn new processing functions and equipment operations as required.
- Maintain high standards for productivity, quality, accuracy, and confidentiality while meeting defined goals.
- Adhere to all customer and bank guidelines related to operations, internal audit, and security practices.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to pass an in-depth background check and meet creditworthiness requirements.
- Comfortable working in a high-security environment with strict regulations, including no cell phones or smartwatches on the production floor.
- Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible to work without time off during the first 90 days—no exceptions.
