Job Title: Data Entry Specialist/ Document Processor

Schedule: Monday – Friday
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (37.5 hours/week)

Job Summary
This role focuses on high-speed, high-accuracy data entry and document processing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with repetitive work, and able to meet strict productivity and accuracy standards.
Medical experience is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform high-speed manual data entry from hardcopy and digital documents
• Maintain accuracy standards of 10,000–15,000 keystrokes per hour
• Validate and correct automatically classified documents
• Verify extracted data and redaction accuracy
• Perform metadata indexing and document quality control
• Process and validate check data, batch totals, and account distributions
• Reconcile check batches and ensure fiscal control
• Compare hardcopy documents against digitized versions for quality assurance
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time metrics
• Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining quality
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience
• Strong data entry and ten-key skills (10,000 keystrokes required)
• Typing speed 45 WPM or higher (typing test required and must be attached)
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-service oriented mindset
