MUST HAVE DATA ENTRY EXPERIENCE

A Data Entry Clerk inputs, updates, and maintains accurate information in company systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. They often handle high-volume data, process documents, and verify records for accuracy.

Key requirements include fast/accurate data entry and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Data Entry: Input text and figures into company databases, spreadsheets, or software programs.
Data Verification: Review data for errors, miscalculations, or discrepancies and correct them.
Data Maintenance: Organize, update, and maintain existing files, databases, and records.
Documentation: Process invoices, scan documents, and file paperwork to maintain.
System Integrity: Perform regular data backups to ensure data security.
Reporting: Generate reports and create charts or tables
