Data Entry Specialist – (Contract through AppleOne)
Location: Tempe, AZ (On-site)
Schedule: On-Call (Hours will vary based on project volume; flexibility required)
Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00/hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are hiring On-Call Data Entry Specialists to support high volume processing periods. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong attention to detail and reliable availability to contribute to a major financial organization. With one day training in August. Peak season begins in September, with increased hours and scheduling needs expected through the peak season.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter large volumes of numerical and text data into internal systems
Review scanned documents for completeness and accuracy
Perform quality checks to identify errors or inconsistencies
Maintain productivity and accuracy standards as outlined by the team lead
Handle confidential information with integrity
Communicate effectively with supervisors and escalate issues as needed

Qualifications:
Previous data entry or clerical experience required (minimum 6 months)
Strong typing speed (3,500+ KPH preferred with high accuracy)
Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Must be able to pass background check and onboarding requirements
