Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clerical Support Associate to assist with a site transition project. This is an entry-level, hands-on role ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable with both physical tasks and basic computer work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in transitioning work from one site to another
• Manually move boxes on and off pallets (up to 20 lbs)
• Perform accurate data entry and documentation
• Complete simple Excel tasks (entry-level)
• Sort and stage items for processing
Must-Have Requirements
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 20 lbs
• Comfortable performing repetitive manual tasks
• Basic data entry and Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
• Willingness to commit to no time off during the first 90 days
• Must pass a fingerprint background check
• Comfortable working in a no-cell-phone production environment (lockers provided)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with documentation review is a plus
• Background in banking is helpful but not required
