Fortune 500 company in the banking sector is seeking a dedicated Operations Processor- Data Entry Production Clerk.
This role involves a variety of tasks including manual handling of boxes, data entry, and sorting items. Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail and basic experience with Microsoft Excel.
Locations: San Antonio, TX
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Shift: Monday- Friday- Morning hours.
Duration: 6 month assignment with potential of extension/ conversion based on performance
Key Responsibilities:
• Manual Handling: Load and unload boxes weighing up to 20 lbs on and off pallets.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter data into systems, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Sorting & Staging: Sort and stage items appropriately.
• Documentation Review: Review and manage documentation as needed.
• Excel Tasks: Perform simple data entry tasks using Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience with data entry and documentation review is beneficial.
• Banking experience is a plus but not necessary.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving boxes.
