A direct hire opportunity is available for a Data Entry Operator in Stockton, CA within the banking and consumer lending industry. Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify customer, account, lending, and transaction data in internal systems.
- Review source documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before processing.
- Maintain organized records and support documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Identify data discrepancies and communicate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Process administrative tasks related to order entry, customer files, banking records, or lending documents.
- Support daily office workflow by meeting productivity, accuracy, and deadline expectations.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Enter and maintain accurate customer, account, and order processing data.
- Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal procedures.
- Support administrative workflows within banking, consumer lending, or financial services operations.
- Communicate data issues, missing information, or processing exceptions to appropriate team members.
- 3 to 5 years of data entry, administrative, clerical, order processing, or related office experience.
- Strong typing, data entry, and accuracy skills with close attention to detail.
- Ability to work with confidential customer, financial, or account information.
- Proficiency using computer systems, databases, email, and standard office software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage repetitive tasks and deadlines.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in banking, consumer lending, financial services, or loan processing environments.
- Experience working with customer account records, lending documents, or transaction data.
- Familiarity with 10-key data entry, document review, or high-volume processing workflows.
- Strong recordkeeping habits and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced office setting.
