Data Entry Specialist – Mortgage Company
Irving, TX | $21/hour | On-Site, Monday–Friday
A growing mortgage company in Irving is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join their team. This role is key to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial and operational data, with a strong focus on high-volume keying into company systems.
What You’ll Do:
• Accurately input large volumes of data into internal systems
• Maintain up-to-date and organized records
• Support accounting functions with data related to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Assist team members and managers with reporting needs
What We’re Looking For:
• Prior data entry experience required (fast and accurate keying)
• Experience with JD Edwards strongly preferred
• AR/AP background is a big plus
• Proven job stability and tenure at past roles
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
