Title: Data Entry Clerk
Location: Tempe, AZ
Assignment: 8/18/25- Long term
Hours: Hours will vary slightly depending on the workload, however, will typically follow the below schedule. YOU have the ability to determine if you can work a 10-hour or 12-hour shift. 10 is ideal but they have flexibility for 9 hours or 11, for example. It is however important that you COMMUNICATE your availability and report in for any shift/hours you have committed to work. This customer operates 7 days per week at Peak Season. Days off will be provided but weekend coverage and overtime will be expected based on work volume and needs.

Shifts Available:
• 1st Shift: 10 Hour Shift: 5:45am- 3:45pm
12 Hour Shift: 5:45am – 6:15pm

• 3rd Shift: 10 Hour Shift: 6:45pm- 5:15am
12 Hour Shift: 5:15pm – 5:15am
Pay:
• 1st Shift: $18.00 an hour PAID WEELY
• 3rd Shift: $20.70 an hour PAID WEELY

Special Instructions: Must pass criminal background check, fingerprinting and a 4-panel drug screen (marijuana will not be tested).

NO INTERVIEWS!!-Must take a 10 key data entry assessment – which will be on camera

Summary:
This role will support the firm’s Receivables Operations division by performing payment and document intake digitization services for their clients.
• Preparing, organizing, digitizing, and/or performing data entry of highly sensitive documents.
• Must be able to read, follow and understand instructions while adhering to procedures.
• Need to have the ability to make independent judgement, while understanding when clarification may be needed from supervisor or lead.
• Accuracy and speed are crucial to success in this role.
• Need to have a strong team work mentality and be comfortable working on tight deadlines while dealing with both sensitive and confidential information in a highly structured and highly regulated environment.

Training:
You can be expected to be trained the week of 8/18 and begin getting called into work as of 9/1. Training (one day) will typically take place during 1st Shift.

Education/Skills/Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Data Entry Alpha Numeric KPH of at least 3500 with excellent data accuracy
• Willing to work in a high security production environment
• Familiarity with PC
• Ability to pass a background
• Ability to listen to and apply performance coaching and feedback
