Data Entry / Clerical Specialist

About the Opportunity
We are hiring for one of our top clients in Receivable Operations. This is a temporary opportunity to work in a secure, professional, and production-driven environment. Candidates with strong data entry skills and stable work history are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
-Open and prepare incoming payments and documents for digital processing
-Accurately enter and validate data into internal systems while following client-specific procedures
-Operate high-volume document scanning equipment and verify image quality
-Reconcile electronic reports with physical documentation
-Make routine processing decisions and escalate non-routine issues to management
-Maintain productivity, accuracy, quality, and confidentiality standards
-Follow all operational, audit, and security guidelines
Requirements
-Data entry experience is required
-Strong job stability preferred (minimum of one year in each of the last three roles)
-At least 7 years of verifiable U.S. residency history
-Proof of U.S. Citizenship required (birth certificate, passport, permanent resident card, or naturalization certificate)
-Valid and unexpired state ID or driver’s license
-Ability to pass an in-depth background check and credit review
-Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
-Willingness to work in a high-security production environment (no cell phones or smartwatches on the floor)
-No time off allowed during the first 90 days (no exceptions)
Additional Details
-Pay rates range from $20 to $23 per hour, depending on shift
-1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
-2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM -
3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 12:15 AM–6:15 AM
-Weekend Shift: Saturday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
