Data Entry / Clerical Specialist

About the Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
-Open and prepare incoming payments and documents for digital processing
-Accurately enter and verify information in internal systems following client procedures
-Operate high-volume document scanning equipment and ensure proper image quality
-Reconcile electronic reports with physical documents
-Complete routine processing tasks and escalate complex issues to management
-Maintain high productivity, accuracy, and confidentiality
-Follow all operational, audit, and security procedures
Requirements:
-Data entry experience required
-Strong and stable work history (preferred: at least one year of tenure in each of the last three roles)
-At least seven years of verifiable U.S. residence history
-Proof of U.S. Citizenship required (birth certificate, passport, permanent resident card, or naturalization certificate)
-Valid, unexpired State ID or Driver’s License required
-Must pass a detailed background check and credit review
-Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
-Must be comfortable working in a high-security production environment (no cell phones or smartwatches allowed on the floor)
-No time off permitted during the first 90 days
Compensation:
-Pay Rate: $20–$23 per hour (depending on shift and assignment)
Available Shifts:
-1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
-2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
-3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 12:15 AM – 6:15 AM
-4th Shift: Saturday–Sunday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
