We are seeking a **Data Entry / Sales Support Specialist** to join a small, collaborative team within a well-established aerospace company. This role requires a high level of accuracy, strong Excel skills, and the ability to support sales and customer service operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform high-volume, accurate **data entry** using Excel and internal systems
* Prepare and update **quotes and order information** for customers
* Maintain and track **inventory levels** to ensure accurate quoting
* Respond to client inquiries regarding order status, changes, and shipping details
* Generate reports and maintain accurate documentation
* Support the Sales team and assist with administrative tasks as needed
* Utilize **Pentagon 2000** software (preferred)
### Requirements:
* **Advanced proficiency in Excel** (testing required)
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Previous experience in **data entry**, **sales support**, or **customer service**
* Experience in the **aerospace industry** is highly preferred
* Familiarity with **Pentagon 2000** or similar ERP systems is a plus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
**Team Environment:** 15-person office, professional and family-oriented
