Manufacturing Engineering Data Coordinator
(Made2Manage / M2M Experience a Plus)
Are you detail-driven and experienced in a manufacturing engineering environment? Do you thrive working alongside engineers and ensuring production data is accurate, organized, and on time?
We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented professional to support our Engineering team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting right here in Pomona.
?? What You’ll Be Doing
Entering detailed data into the Made2Manage (M2M) system
Creating and updating Sales Order Bills of Materials (BOMs) from engineering drawings
Processing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and non-ECO releases
Preparing and documenting approved releases
Working closely with the Engineering Department to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently
Supporting clerical and administrative functions related to production and engineering
? What We’re Looking For
Required: Experience in an engineering environment within a manufacturing company
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and documentation
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Experience with BOMs, ECOs, and technical documentation
M2M (Made2Manage) system experience preferred
Ability to collaborate directly with engineers and production teams
