?? Position: Data Entry Specialist (Contract through AppleOne)
?? Location: Tempe, AZ (On-site)
?? Schedule: On-Call | Hours vary based on project demand Great for people who need flexible schedules.
?? Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour (based on shift – 1st or 3rd)
Please Note: Peak season begins in September, with increased scheduling and extended hours anticipated.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and review large volumes of financial data
Perform quality control checks and correct any discrepancies
Maintain required speed and accuracy standards
Handle sensitive financial documents securely and confidentially
Requirements:
Previous data entry or clerical experience
Typing speed of 3,500+ KPH with high accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
Must pass background check and complete onboarding
