Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
$18.00 per hour
Operate scanning equipment to digitize paper documents
Organize and prepare documents for scanning, including removing staples and repairing torn pages
Name and categorize scanned files according to established guidelines
Accurately enter and verify data in databases or document management systems
Perform quality control checks to ensure scanned files are legible and properly filed
Maintain records of completed work and track batches of scanned documents
Handle sensitive or confidential information in accordance with company policies
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines
Assist with filing, retrieving, or disposing of physical documents as needed
