Position Summary
The Data Entry Professional will play a critical role in entering and verifying sensitive personal and demographic information collected through political surveys. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, a high degree of confidentiality, and a commitment to data accuracy and quality control.

Key Responsibilities
Enter personal and demographic data from political surveys into internal databases and systems.

Verify accuracy of data by cross-checking information and correcting errors when identified.

Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with privacy laws and company policies.

Conduct data audits and assist in quality assurance efforts to ensure integrity of collected information.

Collaborate with research and data teams to support ongoing survey campaigns and data management initiatives.

Organize and maintain digital files and records in a secure and structured format.

Meet productivity benchmarks and ensure timely completion of data entry assignments.

Qualifications
Proven experience in a data entry or administrative support role, preferably in a research, political, or nonprofit setting.

High typing speed with exceptional accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with data entry software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, or local equivalents).

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Experience
Experience working with political data, voter information, or public opinion surveys.

Familiarity with platforms like Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or REDCap.

Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus.

Prior work in a campaign, political organization, or polling company is advantageous.
