Integration Solutions Specialist / Data Analyst (Remote Contract)
Pay Rate: $41.00 – $48.00 per hour
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
Duration: Contract through End of Year
Overview
We are seeking a Data Analyst / Integration Specialist with strong experience in API and EDI integrations to support a fast-paced environment within the health and benefits (health and wealth) domain.
This role requires someone who can collaborate across teams, influence stakeholders, and ensure seamless, secure data integration between systems such as carriers, payroll providers, and HRIS platforms.
Experience with SnapLogic is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Lead integration efforts across internal teams and third-party partners
Gather and analyze API specifications and file layouts from vendors, carriers, and HR systems
Work with technical teams to build and configure integration templates
Perform integration testing to validate accuracy and system performance
Ensure integrations meet required specifications and function as designed
Support handoff to client-facing teams for ongoing configuration and relationship management
Provide guidance on client-specific integration configurations
Maintain secure data exchanges using established protocols
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Experience as a Data Analyst, Integration Analyst, or similar role
Strong knowledge of:
API and EDI integrations
JSON and XML formats
Secure file transfer (SFTP)
Encryption protocols (PGP)
Integration testing methodologies
Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in health and benefits, insurance, payroll, or HRIS systems
Experience with SnapLogic or similar integration platforms
Background working with external vendors, carriers, or benefits providers
