We are seeking a detail-oriented Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist to help strengthen our security posture and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards. This role works across teams to support cybersecurity initiatives, risk management, and audit readiness.

+What You’ll Do:
Lead cybersecurity compliance efforts aligned with CMMC, NIST, and related frameworks
Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses, and remediation planning
Maintain security documentation, policies, and system security plans
Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and support incident response activities
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on security initiatives
Support audits, reporting, and ongoing compliance efforts
Deliver cybersecurity awareness training to employees

+What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or IT security
Experience with risk management, incident response, and vulnerability mitigation
Familiarity with CMMC, NIST 800-171, or similar frameworks preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and identity management systems
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
