Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Monroeville, PA. This role supports customers for a satellite internet service provider that delivers high-speed connectivity to households and communities across the United States, including areas where traditional internet options may be limited.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Assist customers with equipment activation, password resets, billing questions, account updates, and service plan inquiries.
- Educate customers on available products, services, and plan options to support their needs.
- Process service orders and document customer interactions accurately in company systems.
- Meet or exceed performance goals related to sales, quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with supervisors, trainers, and team members to improve product knowledge and call handling skills.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $16.00 per hour.
- Overnight shift differential: Additional $1.00 per hour.
- Monthly bonus opportunity: Up to $616 based on performance metrics.
- Job type: Full-time, direct hire.
- Work location: On-site at 500 Penn Center Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15235.
- Training schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM for 2 weeks.
- Regular workdays: Friday through Tuesday.
- Available shifts after training: 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM or 1:00 AM to 9:30 AM.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Provide customer support for account management, billing, service plans, and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Support sales goals by recommending products, services, and plan options based on customer needs.
- Accurately process customer account updates, service orders, and call documentation.
- Maintain quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction standards in a call center environment.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 to 2 years of customer service, sales, call center, telecommunications, or related experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and customer service skills.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly and in a customer-friendly way.
- Comfortable using multiple computer applications and systems during customer interactions.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must successfully complete a background check.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work location is required.
- Must maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Must be available for the full two-week training period with no time off.
- Must be comfortable working in a structured call center where calls may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance and training.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous call center experience.
- Previous customer service or sales experience.
- Experience supporting telecommunications, internet, mobile, cable, or technology-based services.
- Ability to work overnight shifts and maintain consistent performance during non-traditional hours.
