Are you empathetic, quick on your feet, and thrive in fast-paced environments? Our client is seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives who excel at multitasking, navigating technology with ease, and delivering compassionate support to customers.

What you will do:
Provide exceptional customer support through phone, chat, or email
Handle inquiries and troubleshoot issues with care and professionalism
Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse customers
Work evening and weekend shifts as part of a reliable, rotating schedule

What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
Comfortable using modern tech tools and platforms
Bilingual in Spanish or Haitian Creole? That’s a big plus!

Technology Requirement (Must Have):
Stable Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi or hotspot)
Personal laptop/desktop (no shared or borrowed devices)
Operating system: Windows 10+ or Mac OS 11+
Functional camera & microphone
Wired USB headset (no Bluetooth)
Second monitor (preferred but not required)
Active cell phone for two-factor authentication (2FA)
