A well-respected company in the Anaheim area is seeking a Customer Service Representative who is personable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent service. Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. This role requires a balance of professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a prompt, courteous manner

Enter and process customer orders accurately using internal systems

Track and follow up on orders, shipments, and delivery status

Resolve customer concerns or complaints with a focus on first-call resolution

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications:

2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a corporate or office setting

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus
