Responsabilidades:
-Atender llamadas entrantes de asegurados.
-Brindar orientación sobre cubiertas, beneficios y servicios.
-Documentar información en sistema.
-Ofrecer un servicio profesional, empático y orientado a soluciones.
Requisitos:
-Experiencia previa en Servicio al Cliente
-Buen manejo de computadora y sistemas.
-Excelentes destrezas de comunicación.
-Disponibilidad para trabajar horarios rotativos.

Lunes a Domingo
8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (turnos rotativos)
2 días libres rotativos
-Salario:
$11.00 por hora – Línea en Español
$11.50 por hora – Línea Bilingüe
