Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product questions, order status updates, and general customer inquiries
• Troubleshoot product-related issues by working closely with customers to understand their concerns and provide solutions
• Develop a strong understanding of company products to confidently guide and support customers
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams, including production, shipping, and sales
Qualifications:
• Previous customer service experience in manufacturing or a technical product environment (REQUIRED)
• Ability to learn and understand product specifications and features
• Demonstrated work stability and a strong sense of accountability
• Proficiency with order entry systems and basic computer applications
