Duties:
Assist in supervising the department.
Handle a high volume of incoming calls.
Make decisions in customer-related situations.
Manage collections for damaged or claimed merchandise.
Prepare and coordinate merchandise pickups.
Process credits for recalled or decomissioned merchandise.
Perform Pick-Up sales and customer collections.
Maintain incident records.
Generate sales opportunities.
Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through honest and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods and systems.
Handle customer complaints, offer appropriate solutions and alternatives within set timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Perform billing and document control.
Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments as needed.
Requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Organized and responsible.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Fast and agile in managing high call volumes.
Strong analytical skills to efficiently address customer situations and provide solutions in accordance with company policies.
Motivated to learn and apply new knowledge.
Adaptable to change.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in distribution and/or manufacturing industry.
Customer Service experience in distribution companies.
Experience with ORACLE (preferred).
