- Previous call center experience is a plus but not mandatory. We’re looking for team members who are eager to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to listen effectively and provide solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and maintain patience and professionalism in customer interactions.
- No sales involved. Your primary focus will be on assisting customers and providing top-notch service support.
