Customer Service Specialist / Logistics Coordinator

This role is the main point of contact for customers throughout the entire service process, ensuring a smooth, organized, and positive experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and online leads
- Manage customer accounts, files, and job details from start to completion
- Coordinate scheduling, timelines, and logistics for services
- Maintain consistent communication with customers before, during, and after service
- Prepare and manage contracts, documentation, and job updates
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of services
- Process payments and assist with post-service follow-up
- Support office operations, including phones, walk-ins, and occasional Saturday coverage

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or a fast-paced customer service role
- Logistics, transportation, or coordination experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Compensation: $22 an hour, temp to hire position
