Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, requests, account updates, and company policies.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive, helpful, and solution-focused approach.
- Document customer interactions, process orders or service changes, and complete data entry with accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and efficient issue resolution.
- Perform administrative tasks and support daily office operations as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $15 to $18 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday 8:30-5

Required Qualifications and Skills

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant customer service, administrative, office, retail, or call center experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage details accurately.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Dependable, punctual, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, call center, retail, or professional office environment.
- Experience documenting customer interactions or updating account information.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site office setting.
