A fast-paced office in Van Nuys is seeking a motivated Customer Service and Sales Administrator to support daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, dispatching experience, and proficiency with CRM and general computer applications.

Key Responsibilities:
-Support sales team with proposals, scheduling, and customer account management
-Prepare and send completed sales proposals
-Utilize operational CRM software to streamline workflow
Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years of sales/customer service experience
