A well-known establishment in Santa Barbara, CA is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team! The ideal candidate will have prior experience answering a high volume of calls and inputting orders with minimal mistakes into the CRM system.

Pay: $20-$22 an hour, depending on experience
Location: 100% Onsite in Santa Barbara, CA
Duration: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Full-time, M-F, 8am-5pm
Start: ASAP

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Professionally handle high volume of incoming calls and inquiries.
-Communicates with customers via phone and email to receive orders for service starts, stops, changes, exchanges, repairs, and payment processing.
-Addresses complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated personnel.
-Audits paperwork to ensure that service required was received by the customer.
-Dispatches as needed to respond to incoming service order, resolve route and service issues.
-Uses database system to gather and input notes in customer accounts.
-Performs other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE:
-Professional phone and email etiquette.
-Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software.
