Customer Service Representative – Make a Difference Every Day!
Public Transit Services | Community-Focused Role

Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and being a friendly face in your community? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who’s ready to bring positive energy and strong communication skills to a dynamic and impactful role.

What You'll Do:
Provide helpful, accurate information about public transportation options
Assist riders with reservations, fare purchases, and lost & found items
Handle cash transactions and maintain organized records
Represent the agency at community events, presentations, and on the street
Support outreach efforts and help improve the customer experience
Perform clerical tasks and use a variety of office tools and transit software

What You Bring:
Strong communication and people skills—you're great at making others feel heard and supported
Confidence handling transactions, scheduling rides, and resolving customer questions
Ability to stay organized, multitask, and work independently
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning transit systems
High school diploma (or equivalent experience) and a valid driver’s license

Flexibility:
You’ll need to be open to working various shifts, including evenings and weekends, and be physically able to lift up to 55 pounds occasionally.
