Global Logistics Transportation company is looking to hire (20) Entry Level Logistics Customer Service Rep's to support various divisions of the company to work in zip code 90023.

**Looking for entry level candidates with experience in one or more of the following industries: Logistics, Ports, Freight Forwarder, Transportation, Supply Chain Logistics, Trucking, LTL, FTL, FCL, LCL, Harbor Drayage, Warehousing & Distribution, 2PL, 3PL, 4PL, 5PL, Air Freight Forwarding, Ocean Freight Forwarding, and/or Freight Transport **

**ONCE HIRED, COMPANY WILL FULLY TRAIN**

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Answer high volume phone calls and respond to emails
•Enter new orders, schedule shipments, provide documentation, obtain the necessary information for quoting, and pickup information from customers
•Track customers shipments, document all relevant information pro-actively in our TMS and CRM systems
•Respond to internal/external customer requests (i.e. billing problems, billing disputes, tracing problems, etc.in a prompt manner
•Inputs bookings into computer system when called in from the customer
•Interacts with other locations with respect to customer requests and bill problems
•Coordinates pickups with appropriate carrier
•Supports receptionist by filling in on breaks

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
•High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
•6 months+ office experience is required
•Natural ability to multi-task, prioritize duties, and organize
•Must work well in a team environment
