A well-established, profitable company in Georgetown is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an immediate temp-to-hire opportunity. This is a great chance to get your foot in the door with a stable organization that values reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and experienced with order processing, invoicing, and supporting clients in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and manage assigned accounts
- Provide professional phone and email support to clients
- Upload and manage backup documents (POs, emails, bills of lading, etc.)
- Maintain and update reports using Excel
- Handle daily invoicing and credit memos as needed
- Track inventory using external warehouse systems
- Support the Customer Service Manager and assist as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years in customer service, CSR, or order processing
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in sales support, accounting, or food industry a plus
- High School Diploma required; some college preferred

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Location: Onsite in Georgetown, WA
