This Customer Service Representative – Logistic Position Features:

We are hiring a detail-oriented Customer Service professional to support a fast-paced distribution environment. This role focuses on managing customer orders from start to finish, coordinating deliveries, handling billing and invoicing, and working closely with internal teams and drivers to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders from entry to delivery
- Coordinate delivery schedules and follow up on shipments
- Handle billing, invoicing, and pricing adjustments
- Maintain accurate order, billing, and delivery records
- Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams
- Use Excel to track, update, and report order activity
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of office-based customer service experience
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, sorting, filtering required)
- Experience with order processing, billing, or invoicing
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work early shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Must be local to the Central Valley
- Must be able to pass a data entry and/or typing speed test
