We are partnering with a growing California-based financial institution to hire an experienced Customer Service Representative III for their Santa Monica branch. This opportunity is ideal for career bankers who bring strong client service, sales capability, and account opening experience.

We’re looking for candidates who are currently working in banking (or very recent), have solid tenure, and understand relationship-based retail banking.

Key Responsibilities:

Open new personal and business accounts

Support clients with deposit products, cash management, and daily banking needs

Cross-sell banking products and identify opportunities to deepen relationships

Deliver high-level customer service while meeting sales and performance goals

Support branch operations and compliance standards

Work collaboratively with branch leadership and commercial teams

Ideal Background:

Recent banking experience (currently working preferred)

Strong sales and client relationship background

Experience opening new accounts (business accounts a plus)

Commercial banking exposure preferred

Stable work history (no job hopping)

Professional communication and customer presence

Schedule & Location:

Onsite in Santa Monica, CA

Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6:30pm

Alternating Saturdays required

Some branches may be located inside grocery stores
