Customer Service Representative – High Volume Calls
Northern Colorado (East & West Offices) | Full-Time, Onsite | $21–$24/hour

We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced and growing team in Northern Colorado. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, handling a high volume of calls, and providing excellent customer support.

Responsibilities:

-Answer and route incoming calls in a professional and timely manner.
-Assist customers with orders, inquiries, and account updates.
-Process and submit orders accurately and efficiently.
-Perform data entry and provide administrative support as needed.
-Maintain organized records and ensure smooth daily operations.
-Provide Saturday morning coverage from home on a rotating schedule (once per month).

Qualifications:

-Strong communication and organizational skills.
-Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume setting.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
-Positive, dependable, and team-oriented.
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
