New Accounts / Client Service Representative (CSR II, III, or Senior)
Commercial Banking | Recent Banking Experience Required
We’re hiring a New Accounts / Client Service Representative at the CSR II, CSR III, or Senior level, depending on experience. This role supports both consumer and business banking clients, with a strong focus on opening new accounts, cross-selling products, and maintaining compliance.
Located in Scripps Ranch. CSR II $20-$23/hr, CSR III $22-$27/hr, SR. CSR III $24-32/hr
What we’re looking for:
Recent banking experience required (no job hoppers)
Banking sales experience required
Experience opening new consumer accounts; commercial/business account experience strongly preferred
Comfortable cross-selling banking products and services
Strong knowledge of banking regulations (BSA, Info Security)
Professional, client-focused, and detail-oriented
Experience opening complex business accounts (senior level)
