Customer Service Representative – B2B
Pay: $20–$25/hr DOE
We are seeking experienced business-to-business customer service professionals who enjoy problem solving and account support.
This role supports client accounts, orders, and operations — not retail or hospitality.
Responsibilities
-Manage client accounts and order processing
-Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and accounting teams
-Resolve billing, shipping, and service issues
-Provide professional email and phone support
-Maintain CRM and documentation
Required Qualifications
-2+ years of B2B customer service or account support
-Experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or corporate office settings
-Strong email communication and problem-solving skills
-CRM or ERP experience preferred
-Bilingual is a PLUS
