Key Responsibilities • Answer inbound and outbound calls while following company policies and confidentiality guidelines • Assist consumers with health coverage applications, eligibility, enrollment, income verification, and household information • Process account updates, life event changes, disenrollment requests, and special enrollment requests • Document all customer interactions accurately in designated systems • Provide requested materials by mail, email, or download and arrange language support when needed • Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate team for resolution

Required Qualifications • Less than 1 year of customer service or call center experience required • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills • Comfortable handling high-volume phone interactions professionally and accurately • Proficient with computer systems and data entry • Ability to follow procedures, scripts, and compliance requirements • Strong attention to detail when managing sensitive customer information • Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect personal information • Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to attend training and team meetings

Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, healthcare, insurance, or benefits environment • Experience supporting customers by phone in a high-volume setting • Bilingual or multilingual skills • Knowledge of health coverage, enrollment processes, or public assistance programs
