We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Irvine, CA. This full-time role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys working with people, managing multiple priorities, and helping clients move from inquiry to completed order.
This position supports a busy visual communications environment where teamwork, responsiveness, and attention to detail are essential. The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for current and prospective customers, helping create a positive client experience through phone, email, and in-person communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customer phone calls, walk-ins, and email inquiries.
- Coordinate customer requests, gather project details, and communicate client needs clearly to internal team members.
- Learn to prepare estimates, enter work orders, and support timely delivery of finished customer orders.
- Maintain accurate customer correspondence, order details, follow-up notes, and project information.
- Build lasting customer relationships by providing responsive service and helping turn prospects into long-term clients.
- Participate in daily team meetings and support business, customer service, and marketing initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $41,600 to $52,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Location: Irvine, CA.
- Manage incoming customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Coordinate multiple client projects while keeping details organized and accurate.
- Support estimate preparation, order entry, customer follow-up, and internal communication.
- Help ensure customer expectations are understood, documented, and met in a timely manner.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Experience communicating with clients in person, by phone, and by email.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to balance multiple clients, requests, and project details at the same time.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to ask open-ended questions to understand customer needs.
- Tech-savvy with experience using modern computer programs such as Google Drive and Microsoft Office.
- Intermediate professional experience using AI software.
- Comfortable collaborating with internal teams and clearly communicating customer requirements.
- Able to work under pressure while producing high-volume, high-quality work.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of 4 hours or more.
- Ability to view a computer screen for extended periods of 4 hours or more.
- Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and relationship-focused.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience.
- Prior experience in the signage, graphics, print, or visual communications industry.
- Technical working knowledge of signage materials, substrates, and production processes.
- Experience preparing price quotes, estimates, or bids for clients.
- Experience using an order management system to enter estimates, work orders, or invoices.
