Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for a temp-to-hire, fully remote opportunity supporting customer care operations in the insurance industry. Key Responsibilities

- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional, efficient, and customer-focused manner.
- Accurately document customer interactions, notes, requests, and updates in real time.
- Navigate multiple software systems while actively listening, responding, and resolving customer needs.
- Process requests, update records, and follow established procedures and compliance guidelines.
- Meet and exceed productivity, accuracy, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction expectations.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership in a remote call center environment.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Work arrangement: Fully remote.
- Location: Spokane, WA.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Handle high-volume customer service calls while delivering a positive customer experience.
- Document customer information quickly and accurately during live phone interactions.
- Use multiple computer systems simultaneously to research, update, and resolve customer inquiries.
- Maintain a minimum performance standard of 8,000+ KPH.

- Minimum 3 years of Customer Service Representative experience.
- Prior call center experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve 8,000+ keystrokes per hour.
- Strong data entry skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent phone presence, active listening skills, and professional customer service approach.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Strong note-taking skills during customer interactions.
- Stable work history with consistent employment tenure.
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Demonstrated success working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Ability to provide professional references who can verify performance, reliability, and remote work effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications

- Insurance industry experience is a significant plus.
- Experience using CRM, ticketing, or customer management systems.
- Experience supporting high-volume customer service or call center operations.
- Proven history of meeting productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
