Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and dependable Customer Service Representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity in south Seattle, WA. Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, procedures, and customer requests.
- Follow established call scripts, workflows, compliance guidelines, and company procedures to ensure consistent service.
- Document customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions accurately in company systems.
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, attendance, and response times.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour.

- 1-2 years of customer service, call center, contact center, or high-volume phone support experience.
- Experience managing a large volume of customer interactions while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Experience documenting customer communications in CRM or customer management systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service, active listening, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-focused during challenging customer situations.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work within structured processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a dependable work ethic.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
