The Customer Service Representative will serve as an important link between customers and internal departments, helping ensure orders are processed accurately, questions are answered promptly, and service expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently into the company system.
- Communicate with customers by phone and email to provide timely updates and professional support.
- Track order status, follow up on open orders, and help ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Process RMAs, manage related documentation, and issue credits when applicable.
- Coordinate with production, shipping, sales, and billing teams to resolve order or customer issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and support additional administrative tasks as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $48,000 to $52,000 per year.
- Job Type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Work Arrangement: 100% onsite in Long Beach, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate order documentation.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve inquiries, order updates, and service issues.
- Track open orders, RMAs, credits, and fulfillment status.
- Support production, shipping, sales, and billing coordination.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant customer service, order entry, or administrative support experience preferred.
- Experience working in manufacturing, production, operations, aerospace, defense, or a similar environment is helpful.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Professional, reliable, customer-focused, and team-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using ERP systems.
- Prior experience supporting customer service, order management, or production coordination within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with RMAs, credits, billing discrepancies, and order fulfillment processes.
