Customer Service Representative

??$20–$25/hour DOE

AppleOne in North San Diego is seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role involves assisting customers, answering phones, handling administrative tasks, and providing overall office support in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask. Previous customer service experience is preferred. Tax experience is a plus, and an Income Tax License or Insurance License is preferred.

Responsibilities:
* Assist customers in person and over the phone
* Handle general administrative and office duties
* Maintain organized records and documentation
* Provide support to the team as needed

Qualifications:
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and work independently
* Tax experience is a plus
* Income Tax License and/or Insurance License preferred
